Maren is a NYS Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. Her work brings together her extensive training in therapeutic massage, muscle physiology and dance. Maren offers table massage and floor work, including guided stretching. She focuses on stress reduction especially in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, headaches, exhaustion, and anxiety. Her treatments also address performance enhancement for dancers and other performing artists. She creates a safe, comfortable environment that provides an opportunity for rest, re-balancing, and renewed health.
